Primary Literacy in Finland

WHY DO FINN PRIMARY TEACHERS DEAL SO SUCCESSFULLY WITH LITERACY IN PRIMARY EDUCATION?

I've posted this video because I think it's something inspiring to share as an additional material to the rest of information on Primary Literacy I've shared so far. The video speaks for itself, but if I'd have to point out something it would be the importance they give to every child condition and features and the use and development of imagination. Moreover, we can't ignore the role that education plays in that country - they really appreciate and respect both education and teachers.
